		<description>Jan - I gave up for a short time and decided to live with it after I took it to a local camera shop and they&#039;ve only seen it a couple times but they quoted me around $200-300 to fix because of the labor involved and disassembly (I guess when you take it apart you have to put new seals on it).  I was lucky enough to find the missing remaining broken element in the bottom of my camera bag. I used superglue, using a pinhead to put it on, and you&#039;d have to look really close to see the crack line. I suspect that even if you could find the replacement part there is more involved in getting it back on then I would suggest trying :(</description>
